Commercial Cleaning & Facility Maintenance in Texas

PTFS delivers commercial cleaning and recurring commercial facility maintenance for office buildings, corporate campuses, warehouses, and technical properties — with the same detail standard we apply in data centers.

Commercial Cleaning Programs

Programs are written per building: common areas, corridors, lobbies, offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and break areas, with floor care matched to the installed material. Day-porter and after-hours coverage are both available.

Frequencies range from nightly to quarterly, with defined task lists per area so the scope is measurable rather than assumed.

Post-Construction & Project Cleaning

For new builds, tenant improvements, and renovations, PTFS runs rough, final, and touch-up phases: construction dust removal from ceilings, walls, ledges, and fixtures, interior glass and frame detailing, and punch-list support ahead of inspection.

Because fine dust re-settles after a single pass, phases are scheduled against the construction sequence rather than at the end of it.
