What Office Decommissioning Includes
Scopes are built per project and may include office furniture removal, equipment and IT hardware removal coordination, clearing workspaces, storage rooms, and back-of-house areas, and final cleaning once the space is empty.
We coordinate with property management on elevator reservations, loading dock windows, protection of common areas, and after-hours access.
Turnover Without the Last-Minute Scramble
Decommissioning goes wrong when clearing, cleaning, and inspection are stacked into the same two days. Sequencing them — clear, clean, walk, touch up — is what keeps a turnover date intact.
Technical spaces get their own attention: server rooms and IDF/MDF closets are cleared and cleaned to the same standard as the rest of the floor.
